Role Overview:

In the capacity of Senior Marketing Specialist for Customer Journeys, you will be tasked with enhancing audience engagement and measurement capabilities across GEICO's established consumer marketing technology stack.

Your collaboration with the Senior Manager of Platform and Journey Operations will be crucial in aiding marketers to implement strategies, test, and refine multi-channel customer journeys.


Responsibilities:


Leverage your expertise in marketing technology tools to support the technical architecture and daily operations of GEICO's Journey and Customer Data platforms, with a focus on system optimization and advanced journey configurations.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to guarantee precise audience targeting, segmentation, and data integrity for campaign personalization.

Engage with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing Analytics, to design comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Translate requests from strategists for consumer-focused marketing into clear, actionable specifications for system enhancements and integrations.

Demonstrate proficiency in documenting technical architectures, solutions, and innovations to facilitate future implementations and empower team members to utilize solutions effectively.

Conduct thorough analyses to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will be proactive and customer-focused, possessing a sharp attention to detail and a passion for technology-driven marketing.

Comfort in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to think critically and solve complex challenges are essential.


Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and technical design.

Experience with journey-based marketing tools, Customer Data Platforms, and Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
Advanced SQL proficiency, along with extensive knowledge of database management and data modeling.
Proven ability to design and document comprehensive technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom, or other subscription-based industries is strongly preferred.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools, including PowerBI and Azure Dev Ops, is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Location:

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence three days a week and remote work for two days.


Annual Salary:
$102,000 - $168,000. The aforementioned salary range serves as a general guideline. Various factors are considered to determine the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate.
