**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As the Paid Media Analyst, you will work on our Digital Marketing team in bringing a highly quantitative approach leveraging paid media to drive ticket sales, sponsorship revenue, and fan engagement on behalf of the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Prudential Center. Using paid search, paid social, programmatic display and related digital advertising strategies to drive performance, you will assist in building, executing, and optimizing all campaigns. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Sponsorship team stakeholders, you’ll help execute key initiatives supporting organizational priorities. Plus, you’ll be a key member of the Digital Marketing and Product team, contributing to building a robust, cohesive direct-to-consumer strategy across all brands and platforms that focuses on the customer journey and experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW**:

- Build and manage paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), paid search (SEM), programmatic display and other paid media campaigns to optimize for team objectives and exceed performance goals
- Work closely with the Sr. Paid Media Manager, digital marketing peers and stakeholders to build out coordinated direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, focused on audience targeting, journeys, creative strategy and reporting
- Conduct testing to elevate audience targeting, creative and campaign strategies
- Collaborate with paid media vendors on campaign execution and analytics
- Manage campaign expenses and billing process for Paid Media team and stakeholder budgets
- Recognize the sports and entertainment industry requires flexibility in working non-traditional hours including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant paid marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge of execution and optimization tactics in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic Display, and other paid media platforms
- Demonstrated experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit Revenue, ROAS, and engagement goals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting. Familiarity with advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques is essential
- Experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
- Extremely data and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work Environment: This position generally requires that work be performed from the Camden, NJ office. This position is required to travel to the Newark, NJ office approximately once a month.
