- Hands-on experience with system testing and validation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Prior experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- History of successful technical problem-solving and critical thinking
- Experience in preparing and presenting technical reports and recommendations
- Familiarity with the Marine Corps mission.
- Masters Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
