**Job Purpose**
The SXSW Sales Group is looking for a motivated Content Coordinator who is passionate about developing engaging content that will move leads through the sales funnel. This role supports the Sales Group's work by developing general client communications, coordinating digital asset fulfillment, drafting promotional product campaigns, overseeing Sales signage, and creating sales enablement materials. The Content Coordinator will also be responsible for all client-related website updates and post-event analytical reporting.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain a sales content calendar and sales content library.
- Support the creation of sales marketing documents, including product resources, promotional decks, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement and client materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to write blog posts that promote sales-related events and products to potential clients, generate leads, and promote official events to attendees.
- Liaise with the web content team to define the structure and content of sales-related portions of the SXSW website. Responsible for editing and proofreading all content to maintain an established online reputation.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing department to fulfill all client marketing content and digital assets. Responsible for gathering post-event analytics for digital content packages.
- Liaise with the Art department to ensure appropriate signage and branded elements are ordered for all client activations.
- Liaise with the Revenue Operations team to generate account-based marketing initiatives. Responsible for gathering key metrics and data related to sales campaigns.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Knowledge of industries represented at SXSW and a passion for working with the creative communities.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales enablement or marketing content writing experience. Ability to provide writing samples upon request.
- In-depth knowledge of Hootsuite, WordPress, Airtable, GSuite, and Hubspot is desired.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, possessing a keen ability to effectively communicate across internal teams, clients, vendors, temporary field staff, and other personnel.
- Proficiency in collecting and organizing analytical information with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, be agile, and adapt to evolving deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, willingness to develop professionally, and learn new skills to achieve KPIs.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through ability - highly motivated individual who can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate successful experience with marketing project management or otherwise highly organizational and detail-oriented positions.
- Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.
