Position Overview

At 49 Financial, we're fueled by the mission of revolutionizing the financial services industry. As a Sales Enablement & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role on the team to operationalize priorities and propel our mission forward.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with members of our headquarters and field teams to ensure strong alignment and high adoption of our learning management system, 49 Virtual Campus. The right candidate for this role is experienced in communications and driving results.

The Sales Enablement & Marketing Coordinator works under the Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing on the Field Operations team at 49 Financial. This role's primary focus is to support the development and success of our advisors and to create and promote an excellent experience of 49s brand for prospects, clients, and our team.

The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator able to actively manage the coordination and execution of sales enablement projects to drive the success of our advisors and enhance the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure learning content on our LMS platform, including courses, modules, assignments, and assigning user roles.
  • Provide technical support for 49 Virtual Campus, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
  • Assist with the design and development of new learning materials as needed, collaborating cross-functionally with SMEs and design team
  • Aid in the execution and efficiency of advisor development training sessions through administrative support functions like Zoom screen sharing, sending follow-up communications, and pre-reads.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user engagement, course completion, and other key metrics to be shared with field leaders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to build content for 49 Virtual Campus related to advisor learning and development.
  • Support the delivery of marketing collateral such as posting social media content, videos, blogs, and webinars to increase brand awareness
  • Execute key marketing tasks (updating tracking systems, headshots, etc.) and collaborate closely with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure consistency across various platforms
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure projects are completed with excellence in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in LMS configuration, management, and troubleshooting with a strong understanding of e-learning standards and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming languages.
  • Experience with the Docebo learning management platform.
  • Working knowledge of retail financial services products and the ability to apply that knowledge to work assignments. Preferably 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
