- Possess great communication skills
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing patients

- Manage multiple databases of demographic information to maximize engagement with all eligible patients
- Schedule patients for services needed to close gaps in care and achieve targeted health outcomes
- Take an organized and efficient approach to all projects
- Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with precision and compassion

**It would be great if you...**
- Have 1(+) years’ experience performing outbound sales and/or telemarketing initiatives
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have mastered the use of VoIP phone equipment & associated software

**Compensation**:Hourly, depending on experience and/or potential to produce results *PLUS* an unlimited, uncapped bonus structure
