- HelloFresh is looking for a Creative Strategy Manager, Marketing Reactivations. This role will focus on creative optimization to drive business impact across HelloFresh brands and multiple marketing channels. You will use past data and ongoing testing to devise the right design and messaging approaches across channels and segments, and tell a more relevant story of our brands, products, and value props.

You will
- Develop content strategy, run experiments and measure success
- Identify opportunities to amplify business impact through creative optimization and content relevancy through data-driven customer insights and personalization
- Lead tests end to end, including scoping, executing, performance tracking and analyzing the end result to build best practices and recommendations for channel and brand teams
- Build, share and implement creatives best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our creative strategy is aligned and set for successful ROI
- Monitor and analyze industry trends in order to build up our long term creative strategy by channel
- Take ownership on the current creatives process and actively propose strategic changes in favor of efficiency
- Act as SME for creative tools to drive most efficient setups and reporting

You have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and digital marketing
- Proven record of leading and measuring creative excellence
- Ability to translate data into actions, and use data-driven insights to make decisions
- Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills working across multiple teams and territories
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
