Based out of our Cambridge, MA office the Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and fast paced position which reports into the Senior Director of Marketing. Cultural Care is looking for a teammate who sits at the crossroads of marketing and sales. **The role**:
Working with the Sales Manager team and a population of hundreds of independent contractors, you’ll be tasked with helping them to promote the Cultural Care brand and the au pair program across the country. Using both digital and off-line marketing tools and tactics, you’ll help develop field marketing plans, digital content and print collateral to drive sales through the Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) community. You’ll host regular virtual and in-person trainings to surface and share best practices within the community and help grow this channel to meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive growth in sales from the Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) community
- Developing and implementing a local PR strategy to drive awareness, positive brand reputation and interest in the au pair program
- Working with Sales team to reach and exceed LCC lead acquisition goals and conversion rates
- Attending Sales Manager meetings and conducting monthly marketing trainings
- Managing and sending Newsletters and other communications as needed
- Developing and distributing monthly Social Media Kits
- Monitoring and amplifying Consultant marketing activities for best practices
- Developing and maintaining offline marketing tools and resources for LCCs
- Managing LCC advertising and collateral requests
- Proposing A/B tests and enhancements to the LCC web page to optimize conversion

**Qualifications**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience creating, presenting and executing marketing strategies.
- People want to listen when you talk and want to read what you write.
- You are great at juggling multiple projects for a variety of stakeholders
- You love figuring out how technology can help you do what you do better.
- Experience with Public Relations or Media Relations is a bonus.
