The Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Marketing Procurement Team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Metals Buying team, and/or other assigned staff
- Receive and enter purchasing or sales orders, prepare reports, and collect and analyze information
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Administrative Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
**Education/Experience**
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years' administrative support or assistant
**Physical Requirements**
- Office environment-utilizing an office desk-sitting, reading, listening, or speaking with the ability to move intermittently throughout the day
- Strong sensory skill, such as good eyesight, good hearing and dexterity
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
