**Responsibilities**:

- Process all customer invoicing daily
- Review and match up all vendor invoices
- Code invoices for end of week processing to Accounts payable
- Organize and manage all terminal Purchase Orders
- Daily/weekly/monthly load counts and tonnage reports for all Customers
- Assist with completion of weekly driver payroll
- Assist with daily logistics plan
- Resolve any invoicing, vendor payment, terminal payroll discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and monitor hours worked to ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other applicable regulations
- Process, Print, and Distribute Bill of Ladings
- Review and Complete All Trucking Confirmations Daily
- Account for All Fuel Receipts
- Submit Driver Logs, Hours and Paperwork
- Process New Driver Applications
- Maintaining Electronic Driver Files (Due Dates, Classes, and Badges)
- Assistance with minor equipment maintenance
- **Qualifications**:

- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Deadline Driven Environment
- Strong Ability to Work Independently
- Comfortable in Your Ability to Identify Opportunities to Create Efficiency
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in Managing Day-to-Day Transportation Paperwork
- Excellent Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
