- Data entry and records management,
- Development of timely Patent and Invention Reports
- Preparation of routine correspondence and other contractually required documentation
- Metrics data compilation and maintenance
- Assist with special projects, as required

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience; experience in an Intellectual Property-intensive environment (e.g., engineering/technology Company, technology transfer office).
- Knowledge of contracting principles and government contracting requirements preferred.
- Able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same.
- Must be able to deploy a systematic approach to work, and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a timely and well organized manner without the need for constant oversight.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to Customer Service.
- US Citizen with ability to attain a government clearance.
