About the Role

The Contract Review Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of Sarepta Therapeutics' legal function. This position will involve frequent interactions with internal stakeholders across various functional groups, including regulatory, research and development, information technology, finance, manufacturing administration, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiation and Drafting of Agreements: The Contract Review Manager will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing a high-volume of specialized agreements necessary for the day-to-day operations of a life sciences company. These agreements include Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, Sponsorship Agreements, and Termination notices.
  • Support for Material Transfer Agreements and Sponsored Research Agreements: The Contract Review Manager will provide support for the negotiation, drafting, and management of Material Transfer Agreements and Sponsored Research Agreements.
  • Review of General Inquiries and Analysis: The Contract Review Manager will review general inquiries from internal stakeholders about agreements and provide analysis and guidance.
  • Other Duties: The Contract Review Manager will be responsible for other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in or for life sciences companies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal interaction skills are necessary.
  • Computer Proficiency: In-depth computer proficiency skills in MS Office suite are required.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
  • Prioritization Skills: Strong prioritization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities are necessary.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
