The** Digital Technology Services (DTS) Director of Service Delivery** will build and oversee a team of Analytics Translators, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Human Factor Engineers, and Scrum Masters to deliver analytic services and products at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Responsible for building an environment that fosters collaboration and empowers team members to be a high-function team that acts as the bridge between operations and Data & Analytics. Works closely with leaders both internal and external to DTS to create strong relationships. Utilizes deep understanding of needs evaluation, resolution management, and providing customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
A day in the life of a **Digital Technology Services (DTS) Director of Service Delivery** at** Hackensack Meridian **_Health _**includes:

- Hire and manage a chapter of translators, business analysts, product managers, human factor engineers, and scrum masters who lead agile squads and act as the liaison between DTS and business customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape initiative roadmap and vision; ensure initiative aligns with team strategy and requirements.
- Work with agile squad leads to align talent to new and changing squad needs.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers; identify new sources of partnership across the organization.
- Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with analytics teams
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development for a clinical or operational area.
- Act as a strategic partner to the product owner/analytics business partner to define 'what' will work to inform technical feasibility and timing of projects.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of best-in-practice customer service principles.
- Constantly look for better ways of solving problems and designing the solution; not afraid of challenging the status quo.
- Be hands-on and engage in relationship building between customers and Data & Analytics.
- Organize chapter meetings to bring together all talent who share the same craft.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Qualifications:
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated thought leadership.
- Minimum of 5+ years of lead (program & personnel) experience in domain.
- Minimum of 10+ years of strong experience in product development (business or IT).
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Python).
- Agile ceremony facilitation familiarity.
- KPI creation and management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare provider ecosystem.
- Experience with the translation of business requirements to technical.
- Data analytics experience.
- Agile work process experience.
- A desire to learn and intellectually curious, with big-picture and detail-oriented thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, prioritize, and build relationships across teams and levels in the organization.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred**:

- Masters / PhD degree.
- Background that comprises both healthcare provider knowledge and expert understanding of high-quality analytics product delivery.
