About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst III to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our Digital Technology Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our ambulatory systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for new and existing applications.
  • Design and implement solutions to meet business objectives, working closely with IT associates and vendors as needed.
  • Provide expert-level support for users on new applications, modules, and functionality, including go-live support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation to ensure effective knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and optimize system performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Epic Ambulatory and other relevant applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to project teams and other departments.
