Sales Hunter, Life Sciences

As a Sales Hunter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Life Sciences industry. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives at targeted firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales and business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management at targeted firms, driving lead generation, prospecting, and sales management goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client communication to deal signing, ensuring total client satisfaction throughout the relationship.
  • Collaborate with Brillio's presales team and practice teams to ensure proposed offerings and services meet customers' business and technology needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience selling IT services, preferably in a leading IT services and digital consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of success in selling digital transformation, product engineering, cloud, and data analytics services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading Pharma, biotech, and med devices companies.
