**Responsibilities**:
- Represent GeneCopoeia to promote and sell all product lines to customers in assigned territory
- Proactively build network and relationships to establish new business opportunities
- Actively visit customers and organize necessary onsite seminars to promote new technologies and product lines
- Engage in-depth scientific discussion to understand customers’ specific needs and recommend appropriate GeneCopoeia solutions
- Attend tradeshows and help lead generation
- Follow up with sales leads generated through campaigns, webinars, tradeshows or other marketing activities
- Develop deep understanding of the company’s key product lines
- Develop and execute effective sales plan to meet/exceed sales goals
- Send customer needs and feedback to marketing and R&D to help product improvement and new product development
- Participate in strategic business and marketing planning as required
**Requirements**:
- M.S. or higher degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genomics or other related-life science fields
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing, technical support, or account management experience
- Track-records of success in previous positions
- Proactive, goal-oriented, energetic self-starter with strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- A good listener who can understand and identify the customer’s need
- Technically savvy, customer-oriented, with strong business sense
**GeneCopoeia offers comprehensive benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience.**
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
