Job Opportunity

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support for travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motor coaches.
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on camper lines, including Coachmen, Dutchmen, Forest River, Gulf Stream, and KZ travel trailers, fifth wheels, and RVs.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently providing superior sales and customer service.
  • Prepare camper sales paperwork and take deposits on units.
  • Assist with camper marketing sheets, floor plans, and staging.
  • Support the sale of camper supplies in our RV Parts and Accessories Store.
  • Run a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Process new inventory, stock shelves, and assist sales team with merchandise and displays.
  • Assist with camper service paperwork and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willingness to learn).
  • Superior organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, including at least two Saturdays per month.
  • Valid driver's license and good work/attendance record.
