**Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst to join our HR team. The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems and processes. This position requires a deep understanding of HR technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **System Implementation and Integration**:

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new HRIS systems or modules.
- Manage the integration of HRIS with other business systems, such as payroll and timekeeping.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and security permissions to align with HR policies and requirements.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS.
- Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business needs.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations for HR metrics tracking.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and user support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs for HRIS users.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
- Participate in testing and evaluation of new HRIS features and releases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field recommended.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working with HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Justworks, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work in the Wayne, PA office
