Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director within the Branch Systems & Transformation group who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of leaders and individual contributors responsible for engaging with designers, architects, and project managers in the design and development of retail bank branches.

**In this role, you will**:

- Utilize feedback from regional employees to inform the design process and ensure that branch designs meet their operational needs and enhance customer experience.
- Develop innovative and customer-centric branch designs that reflect the bank's commitment to sustainability and technology.
- Collaborate with corporate real estate teams to ensure that branch designs are cost-effective and meet corporate standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail bank branch design and incorporate them into the bank's branch design strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the branch design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in retail store design, with a focus on new constructions and refurbishments.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and technology integration in retail bank branches.
- Demonstrated experience working with corporate real estate teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to positively influence, motivate, inspire and direct diverse teams of designers and architects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative branch designs.
- Product Management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile
- Experience leading complex change initiatives
- Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

**Job Expectations**:
Ability to travel up to 25%
