Our **Customer Service Representatives** work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond.
**Working in our service-center environment, requires**:
- Friendly and courteous service over the phone
- Resolve customer issues with mínimal supervision
- Prompt follow up
- Execute clerical functions in a timely fashion
- Update and maintain all customer service reports and records
- Maintain accurate records for all customer interactions

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual - English and Spanish - highly preferred
- 1 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role is desired, but not required
- Verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- The ability to project professionalism
- Must possess a clear and professional speaking voice
- The schedule of this full-time position will include coverage of business hours, hours within Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - schedule can vary based on the business needs.
**This position will be located at our Corporate Distribution Center located at 5700 70th Avenue North, Pinellas, Park FL, 33781. This is an onsite position**.
