Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Generalist to join our team at AllianceOne Incorporated. As a Training Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating comprehensive learning and development solutions to meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain curricula that support the current and future needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team and management to support development needs within the business.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop proposals for training programs.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including instructional design and development, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Provide effective feedback to employees on their performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in internal calibrations and focus groups with Operations, QA, and Compliance.
  • Recommend external vendors to provide training as needed.
  • Conduct new employee orientation courses and effectively assess the training needs within the business.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience, with 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Training or equivalent experience.
  • Spanish bilingual required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
