**Your Role**:As an **Assistant Store Manager**, you will be a key player in ensuring our store operates smoothly and upholds our high standards of barista culture and customer service excellence. You'll work closely with the owners and lead a team, guiding them with effective communication, honesty, and top-notch organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Training**: Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they embrace our culture and values.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep stock levels accurate and manage inventory efficiently.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional service and swiftly resolve any customer issues.
- **Team Leadership**: Motivate and lead the team to continuously improve and excel.
- **Coaching and Feedback**: Offer regular coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
- **Strategic Implementation**: Assist in creating and implementing strategies, rules, and regulations to enhance autonomy.
- **Scheduling and Availability**: Manage schedules and be available on-call to handle last-minute call-outs.
- **Compliance Audits**: Conduct routine store audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant management role, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Food Handler's Certificate (required).

**Pay**:The hourly pay calculated is based on a base pay (depending on experience) + average tips we receive.
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
