  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of all culinary tasks.
  • Set clear expectations for team members and hold them accountable for their performance.

  • Coordinate with fellow chefs and management to align on culinary goals and expectations.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to develop team skills and motivation.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in catering and high-volume foodservice operations.
  • Advanced culinary skills with a strong understanding of food preparation and flavor profiles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in culinary management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
