Administrative Coordinator

We are a full-service Program Management and Total Building Commissioning Firm delivering service excellence while providing the most efficient and well-planned projects. Our firm is currently seeking an Administrative CAssistant to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
- **Responsibilities**:_
Provides administrative support and general office duties as assigned.
Ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Set up, organize, and manage filing systems (records, files, database).
Schedules meetings, appointments, and assists in coordinating special events or activities.
Manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments.
Answers phone calls.
Prepares correspondence, agendas, reports, mail outs, invoices, etc.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
- **Skills**:_
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritization and problem solving.
Attention to detail.
Strong organization skills.
Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop) is a plus.
Able to work overtime.
Monitor office supplies and run errands as needed.
**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**:
Must be able to travel locally and out of state (personal auto use, train, air). Some travel may require multiple-night stays.
Must be able to carry bulky objects up to 25 lbs.
**Salary**: Commensurate with experience.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- San Antonio, TX 78205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration Assistant: 2 years (required)
Pay: $14.42 - $19.23 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
