Account Executive

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- KPI of a minimum of 20 Medicare referrals per month
- See each referral through process, meeting expectations for completed referrals per month.
- Working alongside Execute Directors to encourage census growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Utilize RLS track sales activities and progress
Qualifications:
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to analyze sales data
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's License and automobile with insurance in good working order.
- High School Diploma or GED
