**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are looking for someone to help take multiple aspects of our marketing and social media presence to the next level. They will also assist with the process of listing homes for sale. This person will enjoy a workday that is focused around the marketing and public facing side of our team and business. They have a quick mind and an eye for graphics and design. They also understand the basics behind the sales process and importance of customer service in every role on the team. They don’t have to love Excel but they don’t run away when they see a spreadsheet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support our team in the growth and cultivation of the relationships we have with our clients and contacts to generate new client referrals
- Primary Marketing Responsibilities
- Organizing and Hosting Client Events
- Social Media Marketing
- Video Creation
- Print Media Creation

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Report key performance indicators for the sales team on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Assist in maintaining and improving our Contact Management System
- Prepare and review monthly market reports on the local real estate market for presentation to clients and in marketing

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Must Have: A “Customer Comes First” mentality
- Must Have: Practical knowledge or experience using social media in marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- General graphic design skills
- General knowledge of typical office systems and programs and CRM systems
- Experience with basic website updates (ex. WordPress, or other template based sites)

**Compensation**:
Hourly + Bonus. The hourly rate will vary based on skills and experience. Our bonus component could have a significant impact on the overall pay.
