Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate Carle Health's long-term positioning to clients and ensure individual marketing strategies meet those goals.
  • Develop ideas and oversee content for web pages for each client.

  • Develop the annual strategic business plan and marketing plan, including budgets, and assist in the accomplishment of business objectives.
  • Generate innovative ideas and challenge traditional approaches to work problems.
  • Keep clients apprised of significant market/industry trends of special concern to them.
  • Present creative materials and concepts to clients.
  • Write various promotional materials, including newsletters, ads, brochures, patient education, communications, and internet web pages.
  • Collaborate with communications and creative teams to manage projects from concept through production.
  • Experience working with corporate brand guidelines and ability to cultivate a style and tone aligned with the Carle Health brand.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects and working under deadlines with last-minute edits.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ensure materials produced by Carle Health adhere to legal and compliance mandates for ADA and other laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Associate's Degree in a related field plus two additional years of marketing communications experience.
  • Five years of marketing communications experience with a Bachelor's Degree or seven years of marketing communications experience with an Associate's Degree.
