Working alongside the City Manager, the Assistant City Administrator will help steer the organization in fulfilling the City Council's vision for the community.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of City departments, projects, programs, or initiatives that require thorough and sensitive evaluations of municipal operations and administration.
Providing briefings to elected officials, the City Manager, Mayor/City Council, and the Executive Team regarding intricate municipal and community matters.
Conducting research and formulating recommendations on citywide issues, pending legislation, and various administrative topics.
The ideal candidate will embody the organization's core values of Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Collaboration, and Results.
Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, reflecting an appreciation for the community's rich diversity and culture through their leadership.
The compensation package is competitive, with the starting salary determined by the candidate's qualifications. A vehicle will be provided for the Assistant City Administrator's use during their employment.
