**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:_**Use Micro’s Brand Voice to deliver clear & engaging messaging**_
- Create written content designed to engage, inform, entertain, and grow Micro Kickboard's target audiences
- Ensure all published content conforms with the Micro Kickboard brand
- Analyze, update, and repurpose written content for a variety of channels
- **Content creation & copywriting** with a focus on website content/blogs and digital marketing materials
- Review and update existing **website content **(blogs, product descriptions, landing pages, etc) on a regular basis to ensure alignment with current campaign goals and efforts
- Heading up **SMS Marketing** content, with respect to automation, campaign creation, and scheduling
- **Outreach/PR** to share Micro’s content with various publications and influencers to encourage them to include Micro in their content, and ensure the content is appropriate to the Micro brand
- Collaborate to source **video and photography content **from influencers, based on Micro’s upcoming needs

- Outstanding written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to write in Micro’s brand voice, as pertains to a variety of channels
- Excellent communicator of engaging, concise, accurate, information
- Demonstrated ability to tell a brand story designed to foster engagement
- Self-motivated, and driven to deliver exemplary work, with excellent time-management skills
- Strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to multitask, organize, and collaborate
- Extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Ensure all content marketing efforts meet key performance indicators
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or relevant field; 2+ years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability creating content with accuracy and attention to details, with a focus on layout and aesthetic elements on an e-commerce platform
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong understanding of customer journeys
- Willingness to absorb and utilize details about our Micro products, our customer profile/demographics, and the industry
- Familiarity with analytics to review and improve content on an ongoing basis

- Review internal Marketing Calendar and assess upcoming content needs
- Draft blog post to support next month’s messaging
- Test out our latest scooter model to familiarize yourself with the product
- Work with Graphic Designer on content for SMS send

- **Job Type**:Full Time, in-office(Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
- **Compensation**: $40,000-$45,000 annual base salary, based on experience
