About the Role

We're seeking a talented Video Content Lead to join our team at Tekton, a family-owned company dedicated to creating high-quality hand tools. As a key member of our Branding and Content department, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories that showcase our products and values.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Photography Team Lead and Director of Branding and Content to develop engaging video content that tells the Tekton story
  • Experiment with new techniques and approaches to capture the essence of hand tool usage and showcase our products in a real and authentic way
  • Lead the creative direction for photo and video projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external teams involved in photo and video shoots, fostering a positive and organized environment
  • Prepare and organize image files for our website and e-commerce platforms
  • Maintain and upgrade our media equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Proficiency in lighting design, camera equipment, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
  • Ability to capture, edit, and prepare video and photography for web
  • Knowledge of camera equipment for video and photography, including lighting, grip, and audio
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $80,000
