**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
1. Develop and implement impactful volunteer opportunities that align with organizational goals, working cross-functionally to create valuable experiences for volunteers and enhance community outreach.

2. Work internally with departments do identify, develop and maintain volunteerism of the Y.

3. Utilize VolunteerMatters to manage, track, and process volunteers throughout their journey, ensuring a streamlined and positive volunteer experience.

4. Utilize ActiveNet to systemize program creation and maintenance, optimizing program offerings and enhancing operational efficiency.

6. Coordinate with the Membership Relations Manager to oversee inventory management, including supplies, forms, membership cards, staff uniforms, and related materials.

7. Provide guidance and support to Membership Associates at the Front Desk, offering coverage and assistance as needed to maintain exceptional service standards.

8. Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with and assisting members, program participants, and volunteers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

9. Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to contribute insights and expertise, staying updated on organizational initiatives and best practices.

10. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma/GED/equivalent.
- Relationship Building abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for extended periods of time and be able to communicate using a computer and phone/smart device.
- The employee frequently is required to sit and reach, and must be able to move around the work environment.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- The employee must be able to traverse through the 100,000 sq-ft. building.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
