Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users.
  • Manage hardware inventory effectively.
  • Provide IT assistance to senior management and VIP clients.
  • Oversee mobile device management, specifically for iPhone and iPad.
  • Coordinate with local IT vendors for service and support.
  • Offer remote assistance to the Houston office.
  • Conduct onsite visits to the Houston office as required.
  • Document IT procedures thoroughly.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of the Global IT Service Delivery team.
  • Provide IT support to other global offices operating in the USA time zone.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar IT support role.

Required Competencies

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Active Directory: User, Object & OU management (Creation / Deletion / Update).
  • Familiarity with IT support management tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of O365, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Antivirus, and Intune.
  • General troubleshooting knowledge for Multifunction Printers, CPUs, Laptops (Dell), and Audio & Video conferencing systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
