Digital Planning Coordinator

On this team, you will work in close collaboration with our media strategy leads in addition to channel leads, creative strategists, and analytics teams in order to build informed recommendations and plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for assisting the media strategy team with planning, buying, and overseeing campaign execution for key Davis Elen clients.

You will assist in managing the workflow between external and internal media teams. You will support and contribute to creative trafficking and budget tracking as well as media recommendations, weekly reporting and campaign wrap reports. You will provide feedback and insights to ensure partners understand plans, and make optimizations to drive key business results.

Your ability to clearly communicate challenges, solutions, recommendations, and perspectives will be integral to the team’s success in a constantly evolving environment.

**Day to Day**
- Conduct research including target audience identification, competitive analysis, qualitative web site profiling, and secondary research aggregation
- Manage campaign billing coordination
- Create project plans and schedules
- Prepare and report campaign optimization information
- Work closely with the Digital Media Supervisor in the preparation of estimates, campaign schedules, budgets and other project management requirements.
- Assist in the identification and qualification of digital media vendors for client strategies
- Facilitate key meeting setup, scheduling and conference reports

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree(B.A.) Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (emphasis on Excel)
- Program knowledge: Google Campaign Manager (or similar serving software i.e. Sizmek), Innovid (or similar video/audio ad serving software i.e. Extreme Reach), Double Verify (or similar verification software i.e. IAS, MOAT) DV360 or other programmatic buying platforms are a plus.
