VRTCL is a full service digital marketing agency run and founded by creators. Our key mission is to help artists find their true voice and audience on TikTok and other short form platforms. SUMMARY:

The Digital Account Coordinator will be responsible for assisting on various types of campaigns and services offered to our clients including influencer marketing, content seeding, and full digital strategy services. This role will assist with developing engaging and creative TikTok campaigns, analyze metrics, and be the first point of contact with all influencer communications on assigned accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working across multiple accounts with different managers and assisting where needed ranging anywhere from 3-5 accounts at a time
  • Liaison between account managers and influencers/agents to ensure strong communication and coordination of music campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Assist with short form editing of client assets on assigned accounts
  • Assist with the management and creation of client content calendars on assigned accounts
  • Curate target lists, negotiate influencer rates, and build relations with creators and agencies
  • Assist with administrative duties for all assigned accounts including invoice submission, expense tracking, data tracking etc
  • Monitor and track campaign performances while providing consistent and timely updates to account manager
  • Assist with facilitating agreement terms and payment between the team and content creators
  • Providing feedback and insight on influencer selection process on various calls and email threads
  • Create and update CreatorCore dashboards for assigned campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing trends and market demands
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for music and a keen eye for upcoming talent and industry innovations
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut preferred

PAY SCALE:

  • $19.00 - $21.00/hour
