Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Manager of Compensation & HR Analytics. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic financial acumen with human resource expertise. Reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits, you will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategies alongside our retail & corporate teams and be deeply involved in financial processes alongside our HR Analytics Manager.
- Key Responsibilities:
**Compensation**:

- Develop and validate competitive compensation proposals specifically for Retail Management positions.
- Ensure adherence to wage and hour regulations and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Engage in two luxury retail market salary surveys annually, plus additional corporate sector surveys.
- Analyze market trends and salaries, presenting findings on both an annual basis and as situations dictate.
- Annually reassess tools used for non-managerial roles in retail and corporate settings.
- Assist the C&B Director with overseeing the Zone’s comprehensive compensation review process, particularly focusing on non-manager roles.

PROFIL

**Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate monthly headcount records across different zones ensuring data integrity.
- Generate required HR reports serving business needs while working towards streamlining reporting processes through automation where possible.
- Oversee mandatory annual reporting tasks such as Social Report preparation, risk management assessments, and semiannual LVMH Reports.

**Agility**:

- Act as the central figure managing our Human Resources Database (HRDB), suggesting improvements, resolving issues, and delivering training to HR personnel.

**Innovation**:

- Design advanced compensation tools aiding Regional HRDs/Store leaders in making educated compensation decisions.INFORMATIONS COMPLÉMENTAIRES
