**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication across all platforms.
- Manage third party vendors to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Support onsite event execution and ensure a seamless experience for participants.
- Light office coordination and administrative duties are included in this role.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Salesforce, and HubSpot experience is required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary range: 40k - 60k

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
