Insurance Client Services/new Business Coordinator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general client service requests
- Ordering client medical requirements
- Liaison between Advisors, client and Home Office Underwriting
- Documenting activity in firm CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in account management, or customer service
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Client Management System platforms is a plus
