Job Description:
- The Client Advocate role at Sun Life entails handling client inquiries, issues, and service requests with precision and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with CREs, brokers, and internal departments is essential to guarantee positive client experiences and foster business growth.

How you will contribute:
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, catering to the client's needs and offering exceptional service.
- Coordinate special requests with various service teams and provide necessary data for amendments when needed.
- Establish strong relationships with internal departments to oversee issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor Service Guarantee and Performance Guarantee performance, handling escalations and complaints professionally.

What you will bring with you:
- 2 years of client service experience, preferably in Insurance or Group Employee Benefits.
- College Degree is preferred with demonstrated knowledge of Group Products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional client service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues and identify root causes effectively.
- Proficiency in systems and technology, along with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of contract provisions, administrative policies, and group insurance products.
- A transparent and fair approach with the ability to maintain professionalism in all dealings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and Salesforce.
