Client Advocate Associate

Job Description: Deland, Gibson always seeks to provide industry leading customer service through risk reducing action steps to lower our client’s Total Cost of Risk. Our process then proactively educates and works with clients to build a Risk Reduction and Insurance Program to lower their overall risk. The Client Advocate Associate plays a crucial role on our team here at Deland, Gibson. In this role, you will work with a team of 3 to provide tremendous service for our clients. The goal of this role is to learn all aspects of insurance to grow into a position that is the best fit. What you’ll do: • Be a sponge – strive for leading edge knowledge of all agency verticals • Provide clients with industry leading customer experience • Work with a team of 3 and do whatever is needed to get the job done – have a “can do” attitude • Assist with quoting, plan comparisons, and storing all client/prospect information • Learn and master our CRM System – Applied EPIC • Communicate with carriers via phone and email to strategize What you’ll Learn: • Proper and effective communication skills with executives • Business etiquette with customers • Decision making skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Organization skills What you’ll need: • Bachelor’s degree with interest in all things Insurance • Ability to be flexible in the Small Business environment • Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done • An eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills • Grit and organization skills to complete detailed tasks • Openness to being Life-Long Learner About us: Established in 1900, Deland, Gibson is a Massachusetts insurance agency that has thrived working as a trusted advisor for its client base.
