Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Allentown office to assist the Office Coordinator in a variety of tasks of administrative and clerical tasks for different departments.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Assist with the recruitment of caregivers by phone screening and scheduling interviews.
- Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
- Review projects and spreadsheets to find the answers to queries.
- Assisting the team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Must be fluent in conversational Spanish**:
- Strong phone customer service skills
- Organizational Skills
- Computer savvy
- Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated; willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects; self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when appropriate

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
