Ecoblue is a Tucson-based family-owned business with nearly two decades of water conservation expertise that operates less than 1 mile from the University of Arizona. We specialize in driving down costs for schools, businesses, homeowners, etc. through indoor water efficiency.

- Compensation_

Starting pay is $22 / hr. The position requires two consecutive 9-hour shifts on the same days every week (not on weekends), for example, from 8am to 5pm every Tues. and Wed. This is a long-term commitment and comes with great opportunities for career advancement. No experience needed. Training provided.

- Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To_
- Writing and collecting client reviews.
- Sending new client gifts/thank you notes and making introductions.
- Leveraging existing clients for new business opportunities.
- Sales and Marketing.
- Participates in planning high-level strategy.
- Driving operational efficiency and team synergy.
- Team scheduling and time management.
- Building relationships with community influencers.
- Conducting bi-annual in-person meetings/phone calls with established clients for relationship building and ensuring product/service satisfaction.

- Some college education in business or environmental studies is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
