**Duties and Responsibilities**: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company.
- Provides support for the owners of the company.
- Support for the general managers on behalf of owners at various hotels.
- Audits receipts submitted with reconciliations and requests replenishment of funds for
General Manager and Area Manager checking accounts.
- Purchases items, this includes follow up on delivery as well.
- Handles accounts payable - this includes, receiving invoices, entering data onto
spreadsheet, and making prompt payments.
- Monitors general manager and credit card deposits made to bank.
- Reconciles office general expense account for submission to accountant.
- Makes sure requested reports have been submitted daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Receives and forwards all month end reports to accounting firms and management in a timely manner.
- Checks that all reports have been received daily.
- Conducts purchase orders for hotel properties.
- Processes corporation renewals.
- Completes other task to run small businesses efficiently.
- Organizes online file system.
- Follows company processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
- Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

- Ability to work independently with little supervision required
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
- Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a busy, fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point is essential

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
