+ Answering of incoming telephone calls and inquiries

+ Scheduling showings

+ Management of Calendars

+ Greeting of clients, brokers and vendors

+ Scheduling of appointments

+ Document preparation

+ Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks

+ Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable

+ Excellent Customer Service and Communication

+ Knowledge of marine and/or legal terminology helpful

+ Knowledge of Yacht Closer software and Marine MLS (Boat Wizard, Yatco, IYBA) services helpful

+ Perform research of marine/yacht markets

+ Experience with multi-listing service helpful

+ High level of organization and professionalism

+ Detail oriented

+ Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Ability to work independently

+ Ability to track and meet deadlines

+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

+ General Administrative tasks, as needed

+ Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if necessary

+ Minimum 2-year professional general office experience

This company is open 365 days a year. General office hours are 9 am to 5 pm daily/40 hour work week.

Some weekend and holiday work will be required as part of this position. This is a long term IN OFFICE position.
