**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our continued success. You'll partner with our team to ensure a positive and compliant work environment while contributing to strategic HR initiatives. This will be a fully on-site position in our Philadelphia office.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all Philadelphia-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate a smooth and positive new hire experience.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a culture of open communication and addressing concerns effectively.
- Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Stay up-to-date on federal and Pennsylvania employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficient understanding of federal and Pennsylvania employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including 365).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the Distribution or Manufacturing industries (a plus).
- Experience in Clear Company (a plus).
