**Responsibilities**:
- Daily usage of SAP from an HR administrative function
- Running and creating reports
- Presentations (frequently in PowerPoint)
- Analyzing data
- Developing presentations
- Maintenance of LMS
- Onboarding interviews
- Conducting exit interviews
- Scheduling and managing the HR department calendar
- 3-5 years HR experience, especially in analytics and reporting.
- SAP experience is a must
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint. Power BI)
- Must be knowledgeable of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field.
- Attention to detail
- Collaboration and communication skills are requited.
Ability to self-mange and prioritize tasks.
- Administrative/clerical experience supporting an HR department
- Clerical recruiting experience with HR is strongly desired
- Previous experience with SAP and large Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo ATS) is preferred
- TWIC card is preferred (or will require obtaining one after hire).
Pay: Up to $31.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
