HR Administrative Assistant and Receptionist (Fulltime)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a HR Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, filing, and scanning. Additionally, you will provide reception and office support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will also extend to event planning, promotion, and management support, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Job Responsibilities

· Answer phones in a professional manner, screen, and route calls to appropriate employees

· Greet visitors and contact staff they are here to visit. Make sure guests sign in and receive necessary badges, glasses, and jackets if applicable, and maintain visitor logs

· Maintain safe and clean reception area, conference rooms, and breakroom spaces

· Receive, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate staff

· Inventory and order supplies for Building C, e.g., coffee, cups, cream, tea, etc.

· Prepare meeting and training rooms in Building C

· Assist with recruiting efforts (may include attending off-site career fairs)

· Assist with timesheet management

· Assist with onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and other HR processes and procedures

· Assist with ensuring policy compliance, documentation, and updates

· Assist with internal communications through various medias

· Assist with internal and external events

· Assist with other platform and program maintenance as needed

· Assist with maintaining HR files and charts

· Assist with ad-hoc Accounting, lunch and learns, and other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Education

Qualifications or job-Requirements

· applicable experience in HR or pursuing an HR career actively enrolled

· Basic Understanding/Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

· Technical with IT, Mathematical, and analytical Aptitude

Intermediate to expert technical knowledge in the following areas:

1. Microsoft Environment (Excel, word, outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)

2. 8x8 Phone System

3. ADP System (MyLearning)

4. Fax/Scan/Print on office industrial equipment

5. intermediate computer skills

 

 

Compensation: $18-22.00 (dependent on applicable HR experience)

Shift: Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00pm)

Work Remotely: No
