Job Overview:
The Lebanon School District is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. Under the direction of the Business Administrator, the AP Specialist performs a variety of duties necessary in processing the Lebanon School District’s invoices and purchase orders. The AP Specialist will also maintain a comprehensive filing system in compliance with various Federal and State guidelines.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in an office environment performing accounting, bookkeeping, and cashiering transactions tasks.
- The Accounts Payable Specialist must have the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, including the ability to defuse anger and resolve complaints/issues.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently are a must.

Physical Demands:
