Position Overview:
We are looking for a proficient Construction Accountant to oversee financial operations within our projects. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial management and be adept in various accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client invoicing and subcontractor payments for designated projects.
2. Ensure the collection, documentation, and verification of all necessary lien waivers for projects.
3. Handle accounts receivable, including collections, payment postings, and account reconciliations.
4. Process all overhead and project-related invoices on a monthly basis.
5. Perform all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice entry, account auditing, and processing payments via credit card, ACH, or check.

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in Construction Accounting.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry tasks.
- Flexibility in task management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Key competencies include effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and reliability.

Job Type:

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
