Pay for these positions start at 23.00-26.00/hr 40 hours per week.

Full-Time: Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Responsibilities for this Parts Purchasing Specialist job include:

· Maintain and monitor compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

· Creates, reviews, and processes requisitions and replenishment orders for inventory of RV Parts

· Requesting cost proposals and negotiating total cost and delivery.

· Places Purchase Orders with vendors and confirm confirmations.

· Proactively manage inventory and reconcile Open Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery and prompt payment of invoices.

· Monitoring of backorders and substitutions

· Coordinates and creates Vendor Returns for the return of products to the vendor for credit.

· Collaborates with Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve discrepancies specific to pricing, receiving, and match discrepancies.

· Ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers as well as contacts within the company.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently.

· Self-starter able to work independently.

· Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts

· Have a working knowledge of parts for each type of unit, general parts required, and an understanding of subparts that will be needed for installation.

Pay Details: 23.00 to 26.00 per hour
