**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Project Coordination_:_ Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects related to traffic control pre-warning systems. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Client and Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers in regard to Road Closures, providing timely updates and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Map Creation: Utilize GPS and Google Maps, along with Adobe software, to create accurate maps for the placement of pre-warning equipment. Ensure maps are easily interpretable and meet project requirements.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with various vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services, manage vendor relationships to support project objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation and spreadsheets, including project plans, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all traffic control pre-warning equipment installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Ensure proper adherence to all city and county permits, maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, equipment standards, and safety practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and OneDrive. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for the creation and manipulation of digital documents and maps.
- Ability to accurately read maps and search coordinates, coupled with the adept use of Google Maps for navigation and planning purposes. These skills are critical for the precise placement of traffic control pre-warning equipment and the creation of clear, comprehensible project maps.
- Competent in utilizing modern communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for effective remote collaboration and meetings with clients, team members.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly change priorities and tasks based on project needs or client requests.
- Ability to learn and operate vinyl cutting and printing machines, such as USCutter, Cricut, and Silhouette Cameo will be highly valued for this role. While prior experience with these specific machines is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
